So i'm gonna be shaving my head in about a month of two and for the time being i want fire engine red hair. But where do i find the dye?
I've heard of brunette to red hair dye which bleaches as it dyes but i've only found natural red hair colors and i want an obnoxious red, where do i find it? please... and no online stores.. i want to buy it in person from a store

lets jsut say someone just dyed their hair blonde using a bleaching kit. Instead of going bleach blonde.... he went fire engine ORANGE...

how does it correct that problem?

I just know that I had it during my early childhood (1990~) and would LOVE to locate even it's title!

All I remember are some of the pictures: they were of animals larger than life. One was a man wearing a bomber jacket riding a frog that had lept so far up that it came in contact with a plane. Others are a family going for a swim an a giant fishbowl that houses a giant goldfish! Then there was a huge chicken laying an egg wit people underneath to catch it in a safety net and a large dog used as a fire engine with the ladder strapped to its side!

I bought a box that was a red/brown color. My hair before was blonde blonde. I washed it out and it was fire engine red so I got a dark brown box and dyed it again and it wasn't as red but it's purpleish, and you can definitely tell there's a lot of red. I was planning on putting blonde highlights on top of the red/brown before all of this happened, I don't know if I should still do that? Or is there some other way to get the red out so it's atleast somewhat brown.

I bought some "Yo-Baby" yoghurt yesterday for my son and this morning gave him 1/2 a container ( the small ones) since it was the first time he had ever had it and I didn't want to over do it. He is also teething and has had a very red "teething rash" on his cheeks all day. This afternoon he pooped (which initself is abnormal as he usually only goes once a day and it is in the morning, and he had already gone), and his little bum was fire engine RED!!! I couldnt even use baby wipes all he did was scream everytime I wiped him so I had to go get a washcloth and use that. I CAKED on the diaper cream (this is the first time I have ever had to use it in his entire little life), and when I changed him this evening I reapplied the cream it wasn't nearly as bad.

Do you think that this was a reaction to the yoghurt or a result of the teething?? Should I re-try the yoghurt in a couple days to see if it happens again?? Has this happened to anyone else?

Oh yes...my son is 6.5 months old and it was the banana flavored Yo-Baby. He has had no problems with bananas either!

avonmom..CAN he be allergic to milk if he is formula fed? He is on Enfamil formula so it is a cow's milk based formula..

So the other day I decided I wanted to dye my hair a red color, natural red, not fire engine red. Before I paid tons of money at a salon I wanted to see how I would look first so I bought a box of light auburn, revlon color silk dye. I had my boyfriend's mom dye it for me and I love the color but i wish it were more red. I have medium/dark brown hair naturally so I knew it wouldn't be as light as I wanted it but it is strange because the roots are very pretty red and the ends are still very dark, any suggestions about how to get the whole thing one color, or how to get a lighter red, I would prefer something close to Reba Mcentire's hair. Also how soon could I redye it again to try to get the desired color, without completely frying my hair? Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

I have a wedding coming up this weekend and I bought this really cute red dress. It is a halter top (I'm am small chested, nothing to worry about popping out ), and it is red with white polka dots on it. It hits right about at my knees and it is between cotton and a silky fabric.
My boyfriend is the Best man, and he thinks the colors of the wedding are red and black, is it okay for me to wear this dress? I am not for sure those are the colors and I have no idea what the bridesmaids will be wearing. Is this bad manners? In Australia, you may have heard, there are lots of fires caused to the weather. It is boiling hot, day and night; and almost everyday you hear a fire engine drive straight past your house, to safe somebodies life.

It was a very hot day a couple of weeks ago, and there was a small puppy walking along danger road, about 6-7 meters away from a fire. My Family and myself had picked it up and took it into our arms.

We took him to the vet, a day later to see how old he actually was and what type of breed he was. He was around about 5-6 weeks of age, and was an American Staffordshire. (Staffy).

This was such an experience for me, since I love Staffys.

He sleeps for about a hour, then wakes up and chews almost everything surrounding him, haha.

We bought him chew toys, chopped liver, pig ears, things for him to just chew on. (He also loves the potato sack!)

Whenever I pick him up, he lies on my stomach and then wants to get down, he nibbles on my toes and fingers, which is so adorable.

What are some games I can play with him? Or is he still in his own little world with his little "chew toys" (he jumps around with them, as if he is actually attacking them, it's so cute!)

I need some help, i just recently bought a car, a 2007 Fire Engine Red Mustang Convertable. but i bought it in the winter time, actaully in December, chicago Weather too! Thats why i was able to get it for a good price!, but ive noticed from the history report of this car it has never seen a winter before its from Florida, so now i just notice a Very Tiny Peeling On The Lip of my Hood it look like it had a minor accident and it was painted over, but the cold is starting to make it peal i think....

now i just noticed that im getting tiny irratatting scratches like near the door Thats white, and near my gas lid, and i recently discoverd Yesterday i have a very small black mark like my paint came off nearmy front bumper, at first i thought sombody hit me, but sombody told me because of the weather and getting it washed that the bad paint job is starting to peel

what do you guys think is happening, now that i think about it, i dont think anybody hit me unless it was a truck while i was park because the paint is peeling near the top near the grill, but im still not ruling that out tho

i get alot of salt on my car instantly it seems like sinces its so bright red i got it washed and when i drove to my destination for the day i had white salt on near the bottom door and the wheel wells

i took it to the touchless automatic carwash for my first time now that the temp broke, i mean it was ok, my car was very shiny and wet, but it left water drops on my car, and when i took a rag and wiped it,

What shoes should I wear? I've decided on trying to find a simple necklace that doesn't take the attention away from the dress, and I'm doing my makeup with a smoky eye and a nude lip. Oh by the way, this might help. I have long dark brown hair and dark brown eyes, and my skin tone is a light olive color.

Right, one more month, then we're outta school for a whole two months i'm so happy, but thats beside the point. I want to dye my hair a really bright color, I'm thinking red and blonde highlights around the front, or maybe red and blonde coons I have naturally dark brown hair, but I have dyed it quite a bit. A friend of mine has a huge Labrador Retriever. It eats a lot, and we went to the store to buy a large bag of dog food. We were in line to check out and a woman behind him asked if he had a dog.

The "what a moron!" look on my buddy's face was priceless, and I knew what it meant: he was going to toy with her. He told her that no, he was starting The Purina Diet again although he probably shouldn't -- he said he had ended up in the hospital last time, but that he'd lost 50 pounds before he awakened in intensive care with tubes coming out of most of his orifices and IVs in both arms.

He told her that it was essentially a perfect diet and that the way that it works is to load your pants pockets with Purina nuggets and simply eat one or two every time you feel hungry. He said that the food is nutritionally complete so he was going to try it again.

I have to mention here that practically everyone in the line was by now enthralled with his story, particularly a big tall guy who was behind the woman.

Horrified, she asked why he ended up in the hospital -- had the Purina made him sick?

He told her no; he'd been sitting in the middle of the street licking his balls and a car hit him.

The woman turned fire-engine red, and I helped the tall guy up off the floor.

I'm planning on dyeing my hair a bright, screaming, primary red, and cannot go to the salon (no money, no time). I know I'll have to bleach it first and wait a few days before putting the red in, yadda yadda yadda.

All I want to know is, what's the best dye to use? Manic Panic is the only brand I know of that sells a fire-engine red color, but I heard it fades out really really fast. I know most reds will fade quickly, but I heard Manic Panic colors overall fade out super quick.

Any other suggestions? Thanks!
