I did actually see a program on this issue regarding the mobile execution vehicles and it was quite weird .. I think it's just the way society over there is ya know ... in thailand they are not afraid of death at all ?? we are to molly coddled in the west with these issues , I have been to thailand by the way and just used it as an example .
