your looking at about 2 grand to make it real nice again and do it in leather, that’s an expensive way to go with one ,by the time you get it looking like you want it,you,ll probably have spent around 2 grand total on it,good luck.,,i say this from experience because we spent about 1500 on one and it wasn’t nothing special it looked good but not a show winner ,good luck.

jc whitney sells pre cut carpet kits… LMCtruck.com has sold me many cool parts for my fullsize bronco. you might find dodge stuff there.

if you are gonna do it up nice, i recomend a dampning material under the carpet, those fancy high end sound deadeners work well, just kinda spendy for me.

this is more a sewing and furniture refinishing question because it is almost the exact same thing. Look in the yellow pages under Auto upholstery

Try ebay for a black dash and get sound deadener/insulation for the floor. Black leather would be gorgeous, but expensive, more than the truck would be worth. Consider some late model buckets from another vehicle for seating in the front. You might try "Legendary Interiors" for seat covers, they have really nice material with original stitching, costs a few bucks but it is an alternative.
