Can I actually get that company in trouble, because I still have all my log books, can get a report on my qualcom, and phone records where I was told and forced to cheat my logbooks or get fired if I wasn't

Can you prove that they forced you, or can the evidence be interpreted that you ran more than you should. The log books just show the time you put down, if they are the one’s you fill out, the Qualcom shows the time you ran, but did they send you a text telling you to do it? Can you pull that? Do you have the recording from the phone conversation? Was it just the dispatch on the phone, or was there a supervisor or manager on the phone? Is the call admissible as legal evidence? If you try and blow it, can they or would they come back on you? This is more a topic for a lawyer, I would find one before I tried anything, too easy to get on the wrong end of it with a lot of free advice
