		<description>unfortunately, the only thing that can lighten hair that has been previously colored is bleach.  color cannot lift through color.  using a blonde dye won&#039;t work either, it isn&#039;t strong enough to break through the color that is on your ends.

fortunately, you want to be orange.  when you bleach the colored part of your hair it will naturally lighten to a gold/copper color, then you should just have to deposit the copper color over that to even everything out.</description>

		<description>based on the situation, i would Guess tat your hair took harshly to the color before the black, and that might have made it more frail. when  its possibly too frail then the old and previously dyed hair might not take to the color very easily. what you need to do it even out your hair until its one color. then you need to go back to Sally&#039;s and get special shampoo and conditioner for colored hair for about 3-7 weeks. then your hair should be back to complete health and you should redying it, then it should work.</description>
