i am looking for a free downloadable emergency call log form?
i would like to find a form that would allow my volunteer firedept to log any calls in which no fire truck/ambulance was needed. instead of using a pcr

I would suggest you contact your local emergency management (EM"s). EM’s coordinate volunteer fire departments in their region and will have contact information. Thus, you could use this contact information to find what you are looking for.
Does your state.region have any organization made up of volunteer fire fighters? I would think there would be and it would be a good place to ask.
