The tallest TDA in the US is 105 feet. There are only a few at this height. I know there is one in Florida and another in Virginia. They are manufactured in Appleton, Wisconsin.
Several fire departments in the US have a TDA at 100 feet including San Diego and New York.
The tallest I’m aware of in other parts of the world are also 100 feet including London, England and Auckland, New Zealand.
